Responses from MPs, Senators, Candidates, and Parties!

A broad range of faith groups collaborated to undertake a survey to inform faith communities about election candidates’ ongoing commitments to progress this matter after the Federal Election in May 2022.

This survey was sent by email to over 1,100 candidates in April 2022. It was sent to all candidates for whom a publicly available email address could be located at that time.

Responses were received on behalf of 526 candidates in the House of Representatives, and 124 candidates in the Senate.

Party responses were received from the ALP, Coalition and The Greens.

The results have been compiled into a summary of party responses and responses from candidates in each House of Representatives seat and from Senate candidates in each State/Territory.

These results can be accessed online – https://religiousdiscriminationsurvey.au/.
